Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN licensed in State of Missouri Certifications: BLS (CPR) Certification Must-Have Skills/Experience: - Flexibility - Collaborative attitude - Positive demeanor Description: Client Rehabilitation Client provides inpatient rehabilitation services for patients recovering from various conditions. The facility includes specialized units equipped for brain injury and stroke care, along with dedicated therapy spaces. There are gymnasiums featuring advanced therapy devices. Patients and their families have access to a special apartment for practicing daily living tasks. Private, family-friendly rooms are designed with comfort in mind. The hospital also offers pet therapy and outdoor healing spaces to assist in rehabilitation. A dedicated team of professionals emphasizes improving individual functional ability and quality of life. Comprehensive treatment addresses physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of patient recovery. Each patient's progress is evaluated based on movement patterns, strength, flexibility, functional ability, balance, and tone. Therapists collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and families throughout the rehabilitation process.
