HR Onboarding Coordinator-Hatchery

Overview Job Title: HR Onboarding Coordinator – Hatchery Location: Broadway Hatchery Must be able to work any shift as needed. Position Summary This role is responsible for training new employees and retraining current employees to ensure that all employees reach and maintain line speed requirements while maximizing yield. The individual must be able to perform all jobs that are part of the full rotation in various departments, meeting specifications, efficiency speeds, and productivity in order to lead by example. The ability to work in a dusty environment and tolerate strong odors is required. May assist with plant quality control and problem solving. Must be willing to work in any area of the facility that has turnover. Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or GED required Skill Summary Capable of training new employees to perform all jobs in various departments Basic knowledge of office machinery (calculator, copier, computer) Must be self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision Excellent attendance, safety, and work record Must be dependable and punctual Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Bi-lingual skills helpful Must be able to read and write English Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
