This entry-level role is ideal for science-oriented individuals who are motivated, detail-driven, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced clinical laboratory environment while supporting essential diagnostic services.ScheduleFull-time | Monday – Friday | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Includes one-hour unpaid lunch)PayStarts at $18 per hour (DOE)BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision with In-Network & Custom Network discounts401(K) with discretionary employer matchPaid Time OffFree clinical diagnostic laboratory testing performed in houseWhat You'll DoSupport Lab Operations Assist clinical lab and technical staff with pre-analytical laboratory processesSupport daily laboratory workflows to ensure timely and accurate testingPhlebotomy & Specimen Handling Perform phlebotomy proceduresReceive, label, and properly handle specimensPrepare and manage laboratory send-out specimensAdministrative & Computer Tasks Perform order entry and clerical/computer-based dutiesMaintain accurate documentation to support laboratory operationsQuality & Accuracy Follow established laboratory procedures to ensure specimen integrity and accurate resultsMaintain attention to detail in all aspects of workAdapt and Grow Learn new laboratory processes and systemsTake on additional responsibilities as skills and knowledge developQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentLaboratory, phlebotomy, or healthcare experience preferred but not requiredStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentEffective written and verbal communication skillsHighly dependable with consistent and reliable attendanceMotivated, quick learner with interest in clinical laboratory workPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and move throughout the laboratory for extended periodsManual dexterity to handle specimens, lab tools, and computer equipmentAbility to lift and carry up to 25 poundsVisual and auditory ability to read labels, identify specimens, and communicate clearlyAbility to bend, stoop, and reach to access laboratory equipment and suppliesOSHA CategoryThis position involves exposure to blood, body fluids, and/or tissues.
