Clinical Pharmacist Specialist

Role Overview Coordinates and maintains the PGY-1 pharmacy residency program, ensuring compliance with ASHP standards. Collaborates with Clinical Programs and Education/Safety Coordinators to provide age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies. Performs physician-focused activities such as FPPE and OPPE for physician reappointment evaluations. Processes medication orders and dispenses medications following policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Contributes to departmental educational goals and supports continuous improvement of pharmacy processes. Enhances performance, accuracy, and efficiency to promote patient safety and positive outcomes. Enhances performance, accuracy, and efficiency to promote patient safety and positive outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D from an accredited institution. At least 1500 hours of pharmacy practice experience and two years of relevant pharmacy work within a health system. Preferred experience with current medication technology systems and working independently or in team settings. Licensed and in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy. Memberships in professional pharmacy organizations are encouraged, with orientation completion required prior to patient care duties. #J-18808-Ljbffr Aura Health
