Key Qualifications:

• Valid Georgia SLP license required
• Certification as Clinical Fellow (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly valued
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred
• Ability to manage and organize a diverse Pre-K through Elementary caseload
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50 students
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and other school professionals to support student progress
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and deliver progress reports for students
• Offer consultation and resources to families and educational staff
• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines
