Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry

Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Role And Responsibilities Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit, managing patients with conditions such as atrial fibrillation, post‑heart catheterization, and higher oxygen needs. Administer and monitor cardiac drips, perform continuous telemetry monitoring, and respond to patient condition changes. Offer step‑down care for patients transitioning from ICU and float to other units as needed, completing required training and orientation. Qualifications And Skills Active RN license in Tennessee Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications At least 1 year recent experience in Med/Surg or Telemetry Experience with EPIC EMR Preferred: experience with step‑down patients, cardiac monitoring, arrhythmias, and dialysis care Key Duties Patient care management, cardiac monitoring, medication administration, and unit flexibility based on census needs.
