Behavioral Health Technician

Compensation and Benefits Role Description This is a part time or full-time clinic, in home, or hybrid role based in San Antonio, TX for a Behavioral Health Technician (RBT). The Behavioral Health Technician will work closely with clients to implement behavioral interventions, support treatment plans, and provide assistance in achieving client goals. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include monitoring client progress, collecting and analyzing data, assisting in the implementation of behavior analysis plans, and reporting observations to clinical staff. This position requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of quality care and support for clients. Qualifications Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Strong Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members Experience with Behavioral Intervention techniques and strategies Educational background or experience in Psychology Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining professionalism Relevant certifications (e.g., Registered Behavior Technician, BLS Certification) are a plus Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is beneficial Experience in behavioral health or related therapeutic settings is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr AB Solutions LLC
