- Ohio or compact license - Minimum 2 years experience - BLS, ACLS, PALS - Must be willing to float to Avita Ontario and Bucyrus hospitals. - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - 2yrs recent/continuous experience - Valid state license required. Pending Licenses not accepted - Epic Experience preferred - Candidates must be able to float to all 3 campuses (Ontario, Bucyrus, Galion) if there is a need - Candidate profiles must include two recent supervisory references.
