Team Manager

Team Manager Position Flynn Panera is a franchisee of Panera Bread that operates cafes serving baked breads, pastries, soups, salads, sandwiches, and specialty espresso beverages. The team manager supervises up to 75 staff members and ensures a top‑quality service experience for guests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as a role‑model and lead the team. Ensure that team members provide great customer service. Take ownership for the business performance of the restaurant. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following all safety and sanitation standards and procedures. Run quality opening, mid, and closing shifts ensuring a consistent positive customer experience. Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts. Greet customers and conduct table visits to ensure customer satisfaction. Recruit, train, and motivate staff. Assist the specialist within the bakery/cafe, ensuring team members are properly trained and fully competent in all aspects of food service and customer support. Ensure objectives are achieved while operating within all company guidelines, cultural values, and ethical business practices. Exhibit a professional image and promote the company's values and beliefs. Education and Experience At least 1–2 years of hospitality experience. Food management certifications a plus. “Run it Like You Own It” mentality. Excellent organization, customer service, and time‑management skills. Proven leadership track record. Passion, energy, and a positive attitude. Ability to work well under pressure and with a diverse group of people. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Reference checks. Development opportunities. Compensation Range Team Manager Compensation: $23.50 – $25.00 per hour. Physical Standards Must be able to stand and move for up to 10 hours. Must safely lift up to 50 pounds. Must read and write to facilitate communication. Must possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment.
