About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in industrial manufacturing and distribution, particularly within a private equity setting. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial and hands-on finance leader, capable of providing strategic support to the senior executive team in the execution of ambitious growth plans, both through acquisitions and organic expansion. This role demands a high level of confidence and a proactive approach, as the CFO will be deeply involved in all aspects of the finance and accounting functions, including overseeing external relationships, and leading the M&A diligence and integration process. The CFO will also be responsible for building and maintaining KPIs and dashboards, and will be expected to contribute significantly to the operational side of the business, with a focus on enhancing reporting and visibility to support analytical and data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate for the CFO position at the company will be a career-oriented individual who thrives in a challenging and dynamic environment. The role is suited to someone who is prepared to work in a true 'roll up your sleeves' setting, where they will be required to wear multiple hats and make a substantial impact on the business.
