Qualifications:

• Current ARRT (R) certification or equivalent required
• Valid state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (NY licensure preferred)
• Proficiency performing a variety of X-ray imaging procedures
• Strong knowledge of radiology safety protocols and best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in an acute care or hospital environment preferred
• CPR/BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality X-ray imaging services to support diagnostic and treatment teams
• Prepare and position patients for radiologic examinations; explain procedures for patient comfort
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring safety and accuracy
• Adhere strictly to radiation safety standards and hospital protocols
• Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records
• Collaborate efficiently with physicians, nurses, and other clinical team members
