Qualifications & Experience:

• Active or pending Arkansas SLPA license, or eligibility to apply
• Skills or experience in SLP-CCC, SLP-Healthcare, SLP-Pediatrics, SLP-CFY, SLPA-School, or SLP-School roles
• Prior school experience is preferred, but motivated candidates new to school-based practice are welcome
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, especially in pediatric settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed SLPs with developing and implementing IEPs
• Attend case conferences, team meetings, and participate in multidisciplinary collaboration
• Support assessment, treatment, and documentation activities as outlined by supervising SLPs
• Complete report writing and contribute to progress monitoring
• Ensure service delivery meets ethical and clinical standards
• Adapt duties and caseloads based on specific school or student needs
