About the Role

The Pinnacle North Bethesda is seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven Sales Counselor & Business Development Coordinator to join our team in North Bethesda. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and guiding prospective clients through the sales process.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service, relationship management, lead generation, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals, and follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, existing customers, and business partners.
• Respond to inquiries, qualify leads, and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Conduct sales consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Schedule and conduct meetings, consultations, and presentations with prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to meet sales targets.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to convert inquiries into sales.
• Identify new markets, referral sources, and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Collaborate with management and team members to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Represent Pinnacle professionally at networking events, meetings, and community activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or relationship management is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up consistently.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, networking, and meeting with prospective clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and CRM systems is a plus.
• A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to learn.

Education and Experience Preferred

Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or English Bachelor Degree, or equivalent experience.

Proven sales experience.

At least one year in marketing/sales in senior living setting preferred.
