As an Associate Outpatient Counselor, you will provide therapeutic services to children, youth, adults, and families in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to support client growth and progress. 

This role provides supervised clinical experience toward licensure and is ideal for someone seeking hands-on experience, strong supervision, and the opportunity to build confidence in assessment, care coordination, and clinical decision-making. 

You will be eligible to receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus upon completion of your first 90 days of employment, provided you have an active Associate license at that time. If your Associate license is not active by your 90-day mark, the sign-on bonus will be paid on the first applicable pay period following confirmation that your license has become active. 

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches 
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning 
• Deliver crisis intervention, safety planning, and relapse prevention support 
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation 
• Meet productivity expectations through direct service hours 
• Provide psychoeducation and connect clients with community resources 
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in clinical meetings and supervision 
• Continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing training and education

What You’ll Bring

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field 
• Active Washington State Associate license, LMHCA, LICSWA, LMFTA
• Experience providing outpatient therapy using evidence-based approaches 
• Strong documentation skills and ability to manage a full caseload 
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Compensation:  

• Associate Licensed Clinician: $34.65 to $42.08/hour 
• Incentive Bonus
