Phlebotomist

Phlebotomist /Clinical Research Technician Shift Monday-Friday with some weekends and holidays. Availability to work 8 hours within the 6am-6 pm window Key Responsibilities + Phlebotomy experience required + Perform procedures including vital signs, ECG lead placement, phlebotomy, urine collection, meal administration, and subject positioning + Assist with dose verification to ensure accurate subject identification and dosing + Monitor participants and report adverse events or complaints to clinical leadership + Collect and record physical measurements (height, weight, BMI) + Maintain accurate documentation of all study activities + Ensure participant safety, comfort, and protocol adherence + Follow study-specific training and procedures + Support quality assurance and compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and GCP standards + Complete additional tasks as assigned by clinical leadership MUST HAVE Qualifications + High School Diploma or GED required + Phlebotomy experience required + Clinical research or healthcare experience preferred + Knowledge of clinical research processes, SOPs, and GCP guidelines + Experience with patient care, chart review, or research activities preferred Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of West Bend, WI.
