Job Description Job Description Senior Manager, HR Shared Services (HR Operations) Location: Deer Park, TX Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 remote) Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $175,000 - $180,000 base salary + 20% annual bonus About the Role We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR leader to oversee and expand a growing HR Shared Services function based in Deer Park, TX. This role will lead HR operations across multiple functional areas and play a key role in driving process improvements, operational efficiency, and service delivery excellence during a period of organizational growth and integration. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing leaders, influencing stakeholders, and building scalable HR operations that support a complex business environment.
