Remote Services Project Coordinator

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Services Project Coordinator will facilitate end-to-end oversight and support for installation jobs by tracking progress, documenting interactions, and communicating with customers, service providers, and vendors. Key responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound communications to provide installation job support and updates Ensure projects are scheduled within service level agreements and coordinate product delivery Document all interactions and manage post-project issues, ensuring compliance with necessary regulations Required qualifications High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role Experience in project coordination or the remodeling/construction industry is preferred Experience working in a project management function is a plus Familiarity with contact center environments is advantageous
