Project Manager

The Project Manager will manage the construction project from the point of sale through installation, start up and commissioning. The Project Manager’s primary focus will be on water storage tank and wastewater treatment installations ranging in size from 25,000 GPD flow rate to 2.0 MGD. Core Responsibilities Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Assist in defining project scope and objectives by collaborating with key stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility. Work with Vice President/General Manager to ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Qualifications Preferably bilingual (English/Spanish) 5 years of experience in construction or design/operation of wastewater treatment plants Applicant shall have experience in construction project management with good knowledge of all phases of construction, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical - Strong Concrete Experience preferred Applicant shall be proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook) Working knowledge of OSHA regulations Working knowledge of AutoCAD Maintain a valid passport and be available to travel internationally Pay and Benefits Competitive salary and incentives based on experience Full insurance benefits (medical, dental, vision) after a 60-day probationary period Additional benefits include FSA, HSA, life insurance, paid time off, and referral program Job Type: Full-time Only applicants that are looking for a long-term, prosperous commitment need apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr Florida Aquastore
