Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17 $19 per hour Monday- Friday 8am-5pm In Office Houston TX 77060 Temp To Hire
What's a typical day as a Customer Service Assistant? You'll be: Supporting Client Service Specialists (CSS) with client communications to help obtain records. Managing incoming invoices and correspondence while handling calls and emails from agents or field contacts. Troubleshooting and researching missing records, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of customer service experience. Possess strong communication skills, both by phone and email, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Have legal or administrative experience, which is a plus, but not required.
