Location: Mossville, IL – Fully onsite
Pay Rate: $22/hr
Duration: 12 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
Start Date: October 26, 2026
Interview: 1 round
Travel: None, but a vehicle is required to drive between buildings on the same campus a few times per week.

About the Role:
You’ll support prototype, pilot, and new product introduction (NPI) programs by ensuring critical materials are available for development and launch timelines. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and suppliers to monitor material readiness, resolve shortages, and identify supply chain risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and manage materials needed for prototype and pilot builds.
• Monitor material orders and proactively resolve supply constraints, supplier delays, and shortages.
• Create and maintain inventory and material status reports .
• Communicate material risks, supplier dates, and schedule impacts to internal teams and leadership.
• Partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure material availability.
• Escalate critical supply chain issues and support mitigation/recovery plans.
• Provide supply chain updates and risk assessments during program reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve material visibility, reporting, and supply chain execution.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED + 2+ years of relevant experience, OR an Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with material planning, inventory management, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, or supply chain .
• Strong Excel, reporting, and analytical skills .
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• ERP experience such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Experience supporting prototype, pilot, or NPI programs is a plus.
