In this role, you'll support a variety of inbound and outbound customer service and sales projects for a diverse range of clients—including government programs and some of the world's most recognized brands.You'll be responsible for identifying customer needs, researching and resolving issues, and promoting relevant products and services. This is an on-site, entry-level position with flexible scheduling based on project and location.
