Field Service Technician

Eagle Product Inspection Field Service Technicians (FSTs) deliver world‑class customer support by performing start‑ups, audits, maintenance, repairs, and training for Eagle X‑Ray systems. They manage all aspects of field service—customer communication, scheduling, reporting, documentation, and job management—while adhering to Eagle’s safety standards, procedures, and best practices. What you will do Ensure compliance with all Eagle, MT-PI, and customer site safety requirements. Attend weekly service calls and execute scheduled service visits efficiently, balancing cost, time, and customer expectations. Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Diagnose and resolve technical issues (aiming for first‑time fix). Complete and submit accurate service reports, timesheets, and expenses promptly. Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements. Maintain technical training, tools, and company‑provided equipment. Participate in remote support and on‑call rotations, including weekend or after‑hours work. Uphold Eagle’s core values and Code of Conduct. Perform other duties as assigned.
