TPI Staffing is hiring an Industrial Jr. Recruiter

Language: Mandarin Chinese Required

Work from Home Available!

• Source and interview candidates

• Identify and develop networking relationship with appropriate internal and external contacts while building candidate pool

• Skills assessment and evaluation; develop interviewing strategy and techniques

• Identify and maintain awareness of Recruiting trends with specific market or industry

• Day to Day duties: coordinate high volume interviews of all types such as Lab Helpers, Production Workers, forklift, assembly, technicians.

• Special skills set: sourcing, moving candidates through requisitions.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 yrs minimum experience recruiting production/light industrial related positions

• Software requirements: Word, Excel, Outlook-Intermediate level, strong accurate data entry skills, and email writing ability. Excellent communication and grammar skills.

• Previous staffing experience preferred, ability to learn new software, and great attitude.
