Design Engineer I - HVAC & VDC Designer (Employee-Owned)

Southland Industries, a 100% employee-owned MEp firm, is seeking a Design Engineer I in Union City, CA. You’ll contribute to design-build and design-assist projects across healthcare, education, biotech, and commercial markets, collaborating with model coordinators, estimators, and field staff to create practical, efficient, and cost-effective designs. You’ll use VDC and computational fluid dynamics tools, participate in basic HVAC/plumbing design calculations, and support drafting and #J-18808-Ljbffr Southland Industries, Inc.
