Retail Asset Protection Investigator & Safety Champion

JCPenney is seeking an Asset Protection specialist to observe activities on the sales floor, collect evidence, and execute investigations to deter theft and fraud. You will document findings and report to store leadership while coordinating with AP leadership and law enforcement when needed. The role requires 1+ year in retail or security leadership, a high school diploma or higher, and willingness to travel to designated stores.
