We are seeking a detail oriented, organized, and responsible individual as an Order Entry Administrative Specialist. The selected candidate shall perform diversified order entry and fulfillment duties related to the operational needs of the office/department. Duties include order entry, order processing, answering phone and email inquiries, coordinating to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery and general office functions. Must be accurate, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work independently. We provide full training. Apply today and start your career./ppResponsibilities Include:/pulliProviding information, answering questions, and responding to requests, serving as the eyes and ears of the office./liliAnswer phones, direct incoming customer calls as necessary./liliAccurately input customer orders into the ordering system, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date./liliRespond to inquiries from customers regarding their orders and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner./liliMonitor order status throughout the fulfillment process and work with logistical personnel to ensure timely delivery./liliResolve any customer order-related issues that may arise, including changes, cancellations, or discrepancies./liliMaintain accurate data entry records and ensure the order processing system is updated in real-time./liliAssist with invoicing and payment processing./liliPerform research for special projects, as assigned./liliHandle additional related duties, as required./li/ulpSkills:/pulliBS/BA degree is preferred.
