Student Intern

We are looking for a Student Intern for our team. This will be a full-time, 10-week Summer Internship beginning in early June 2027. Some of your responsibilities could include: Developing a well-rounded understanding of the insurance industry from multiple perspectives, including underwriting, claims, risk management, and operations Building proficiency in the technical and professional skills of your assigned role through hands-on, on-the-job training Collaborating with team members on meaningful projects that support key business strategies Contributing fresh ideas and innovative thinking to help improve processes and outcomes Supporting additional initiatives that align with team and organizational goals What You'll Bring to the Role Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Economics, Finance, IT, Risk Management, or a related discipline Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and strong internet research skills A basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential applications in business is essential Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences and situations Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure, maintain integrity, and follow through on tasks A natural curiosity and love of learning, always looking for ways to improve and innovate An open-minded, inclusive approach to teamwork, treating colleagues with respect and valuing diverse perspectives A track record of setting goals, prioritizing tasks, and staying accountable to deliver results Previous customer service experience is a plus Ability to utilize AI tools to support day-to-day tasks, improve efficiency and contribute to data-driven decision making. The pay rate for this internship is $27 per hour. As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, employees are also eligible for additional benefits during their time with us.
