District Manager Reports to: Regional ManagerLocation: East Texas with property locations in Tyler, Lufkin, Nacogdoches, Grand Prairie & PlanoSalary: $85,000 annually (Subject to adjustment for onsite living) National Property Management Associates, Inc. an industry leader in residential apartment living has an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to assume the role of District Manager for our East Texas district with property locations in Tyler, Lufkin, Nacadoshes, Grand Prairie and Plano. Office operations is located out of Grand Prairie.The ideal candidate will possess a progressive background in property management to include no less than five years' experience managing multiple sites. Must have excellent leadership skills along with the ability to manage employees at all levels of the organization.
