Beertender Position We are constantly looking for charismatic, talented individuals to join our team as beertenders. Interest and passion for craft beverages, and fun locally-made beer is required. About Badger State Brewing Company Independent and family owned beverage company located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Searching for the best people to help us bring people together over beer. Job Description Curating the best possible experience for each guest, patron, and fellow team member on a daily basis who enters our facilities. Serving, pouring craft beverages including beer, seltzer, wine, cider and more. Providing insight into the beer, seltzer, cider, and wine selection for patrons and visitors. Daily setup and teardown of the indoor and outdoor customer facing spaces. Sharing responsibility of keeping bar, tables, and restrooms, and all public spaces neat and tidy before during and after every shift. Bartending weddings and events in The Barrel Haus (event hall). Assisting guests in the gift shop and during events throughout our different spaces. Procuring our limited foodservice including pizzas and hot pretzels for patrons. Basic Qualifications Curiosity for beverages, their history, and the story they tell. Prior bartending and beer knowledge. Hard-working and extremely detail-oriented. Exceptional customer service skills. Knowledge of craft beer, seltzer, cider, and the industry. Mixology experience and creativity in creating drinks including seasonal beertails. Strong knowledge and awareness of seasonal mixology trends and topics. Desire to learn and grow. Compensation & Benefits Hourly plus tips average $30+ per hour.
