Program Manager (TS/SCI)

Kalman & Company is seeking to hire an experienced Program Manager. This resource will provide comprehensive program management oversight for all contractor and subcontractor personnel supporting a large Army C5ISR Program. They will independently manage all contract activities, ensuring performance aligns with the Performance Work Statement and applicable regulations. This is a contingent position tied to a proposal effort. The resource needs to be local to the APG, MD area. Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities include high-level program planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and lifecycle costing; conducting manpower assessments; and providing regular status briefings to Government leadership on a weekly and quarterly basis. Serve as the primary point of contact, interfacing with government personnel, conducting feasibility studies, ensuring compliance, and directing contractor and subcontractor teams to achieve program objectives. Crucially, this role does not involve supervising Federal employees, creating or modifying Federal policy, or obligating government funds. Minimum Requirements US Citizenship is required. An Active TS/SCI is required. Candidate shall have 15 years of experience in the management and supervision of substantive military hardware/software development, or related systems analysis. Six (6) additional years of related experience or relevant military service may be substituted for the master's degree. Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline.
