Seeking a Supplier Development Engineer with experience in supplier quality, manufacturing engineering, and non-metallic components . The role involves supplier qualification, APQP/PPAP execution, tooling transfers, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and supplier performance.

• Non-Metallic Manufacturing Processes (Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Thermoforming, Composites)
• APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams
• GD&T, SPC, DOE, Mold Flow Analysis
• Root Cause Analysis (8D, A3, 5 Why, Fishbone)
• Supplier Audits, Capability Assessments & Tooling Transfers
• Quality Improvement, Lean Six Sigma & Continuous Improvement
• Manufacturing Engineering, Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
