Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Project Manager A well-established General Contractor in Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial construction projects. This is a long-term opportunity with a company known for high-quality execution and consistent repeat business. Base Pay Range $140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr About the Role The Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction, from preconstruction through project closeout. The ideal candidate will have experience managing commercial ground-up projects ranging from $5M to $25M, possess strong leadership skills, and have the ability to collaborate effectively with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overall management of assigned construction projects Coordinate and communicate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients Manage project financials including cost tracking, forecasting, and change orders Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and company standards Oversee project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and contracts Maintain a focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence Participate in project meetings and report on status and progress Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and budgeting Proficiency with construction management software (Procore preferred) Ability to lead a project from preconstruction to closeout with minimal oversightExcellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Experience Experience with commercial retail, office, mixed-use, or light industrial projects Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Employment Details Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: Project Management Industries: Construction We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including women, minorities, veterans, and individuals with disabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
