Proposal Specialist

Responsibilities Reads and evaluates assigned RFP/RFI submission requirements and due dates Conducts kick‑off/strategy calls with business partners for assigned high‑profile RFPs/RFIs Prepares, communicates, and manages project timelines for assigned RFPs/RFIs Packages and delivers proposals for e‑delivery or hard copy, as requested Requirements 3‑4 years of business experience Proposal/RFP/RFI experience preferred Salesforce experience preferred BS degree in business‑related field preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing RFP/RFI processes, including evaluating submission requirements, conducting strategy calls, and preparing proposals.
