Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager To manage mid-scale digital transformation projects at business, organisational and system level, managing the full project lifecycle, from initiation to handover to business as usual. The Senior Project Manager will manage a number of projects concurrently, working closely with the Programme Manager and many other stakeholders from the business and IT to produce accurate and achievable delivery plans, facilitating the setup of projects and managing resources, prioritising and overseeing project activities, preparing and tracking project budgets, exercise good judgement and discretion, escalating to stakeholders when required to enable projects to be successfully implemented. Working pattern: full-time, 37 hours per week. Part-time working hours of 30 hours per week may also be considered. Hybrid working is available for this role with some days required in Portsmouth. Contract: Fixed-term contract commencing 20/07/2026 and ending 17/03/2028. For internal candidates, secondment under the Secondment Policy may apply; please confirm your line manager’s approval.
