They are a global medical technology company that designs, develops, and manufactures diagnostic products for diabetes management. Their mission is to improve the quality of life for people with diabetes by providing innovative and reliable products that help them manage their condition more effectively.The successful candidate will promote a range of blood glucose monitors to NHS customers in the UK. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers in NHS hospitals and clinics.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a sales strategy to promote our clients range of blood glucose monitors to NHS customers in the UKBuild and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers in NHS hospitals and clinicsProvide education and training to healthcare professionals on our clients range of blood glucose monitorsAttend trade shows and conferences to promote our clients products and servicesAnalyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionPrepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential and existing customersAchieve and exceed sales targets and objectivesEssential Skills/QualificationsStrong understanding of the NHS and the UK healthcare marketExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makersStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel extensively within the UKWe offer a competitive salary, commission, and benefits package, including healthcare and pension plans, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities.If you are passionate about improving the lives of people with diabetes and have a proven track record of success in sales, we want to hear from you.
