Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health by evaluating the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorders, ensuring that each evaluation is tailored to meet individual client needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align their specific goals, preferences, and unique circumstances.

• Employ recognized evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address diverse mental health conditions.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, effective treatment modalities, and self-care strategies to enhance client engagement and understanding.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on evolving needs.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers for integrated care solutions to enhance client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
