Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health by evaluating the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorders, ensuring that each evaluation is tailored to meet individual client needs. \n
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align their specific goals, preferences, and unique circumstances. \n
- Employ recognized evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address diverse mental health conditions. \n
- Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, effective treatment modalities, and self-care strategies to enhance client engagement and understanding. \n
- Regularly monitor and document client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on evolving needs. \n
- Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers for integrated care solutions to enhance client outcomes. \n
- Stay informed about the latest research and advances in mood disorders to continually refine and enhance therapeutic practices. \n
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Somervell Consulting Clinic, you will work with a diverse client population experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. - A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) . \n
- A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or an equivalent field. \n

- Deep empathy and a compassionate, non-judgmental attitude towards clients' challenges and experiences. \n
