Job Description

The Safety Manager will be responsible for:

Leading all safety operations for a 200,000 sq. ft. hyperscale data center project
Establishing and implementing safety programs, policies, and site standards
Acting as the primary safety authority for site teams, subcontractors, and leadership
Supporting tenant fitout activities starting summer through project completion
Building the foundation for the company's longterm data center safety strategy
Partnering directly with senior leadership to shape future safety processes
Positioning the safety function for scale across future data center projects

The Successful Applicant

A successful Safety Manager should have:

Proven experience as a Safety Manager on largescale construction projects
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices
Experience working on data centers or missioncritical projects preferred
Ability to operate independently and build programs from the ground up
Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, highautonomy environment
