As a Front of House Crew Member, you'll be the one to wow our customers with your register or drive-through skills as you take their order. Or you will help our baristas hand-craft our signature drinks that we serve with a smile.Responsibilities:Greet customers over the headset as they drive-up or in person as they walk in and serve their food through the window, interacting in a warm and friendly way.Enter the customer's orders in the POS system. Collect payment from guests and make change.Prepare all cold drinks including cold brews, smoothies, blended affogatos, refreshers, iced teas, and soft drinks.Prepare drip coffee and hot tea for drive-thru orders.Finish iced espresso drinks prepared by the barista.Serve finished drinks to in store customers and the drive-thru station.Qualifications:No experience is necessary, we will provide you the training you need. Excellent customer service skills are a must.
