Nutricost is a leading supplement brand focused on making high-quality nutrition accessible at an affordable price. Our products reach customers through major online marketplaces, national retailers, and direct-to-consumer channels. 

Nutricost is searching for an ambitious, results-oriented Senior Brand Manager to direct and expand our flagship co-branded venture with Shaquille O’Neal. Serving as the core commercial lead, this role oversees financial performance, product roadmaps, and omni-channel promotional initiatives to maximize long-term profitability and market footprint across digital channels and physical retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the principal commercial contact for the Shaquille O’Neal portfolio, controlling P&L outcomes, revenue goals, operational budgets, and ongoing talent alignment meetings.
• Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns spanning brick-and-mortar retail, Amazon, TikTok Shop, digital acquisition, public relations, and social media channels.
• Guide co-branded product development roadmaps and production days, converting high-profile celebrity collateral into sustained content libraries and new item rollouts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of background in brand leadership, product marketing, or commercial strategy (CPG, dietary supplements, wellness, or digital commerce sectors highly preferred).
• Proven background managing financial metrics, sales forecasting, and commercial product launches from ideation through retail execution.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities with a history of aligning executive leadership, talent agencies, and internal cross-functional partners.
