Responsibilities Our Registered Nurses in the Flex Pool independently provide care to adult patients in various medical and surgical subspecialty units. Working with a dedicated team, the RN provides evidence‑based, high quality care, including patient assessment and treatment, and serves as a resource for other team members. Requirements Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and successfully completed the State Board of Nursing Licensure Exam BSN Preferred RN License Healthcare Provider CPR/BLS Min USD $36.92/Hr. Max USD $66.46/Hr. Salary Information Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid‑portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
