Junior Java Developer
GxP Associates
We are seeking a passionate Junior Java Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of core Java concepts, object-oriented programming, and basic experience with web applications. You will work alongside senior developers to build, test, and maintain scalable applications. Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Assist in designing and implementing new features. Debug and troubleshoot application issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA and DevOps. Participate in code reviews and follow best practices. Support application deployment and maintenance activities. Required Skills 1–3 years of experience in Java development. Strong knowledge of Core Java and OOP concepts. Basic understanding of Spring / Spring Boot framework. Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL). Familiarity with version control tools like Git. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Hibernate or JPA. Understanding of Microservices architecture (basic level). Familiarity with build tools like Maven or Gradle. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Nice to Have Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
