We are seeking a SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Architect with strong expertise in IAM, Java development, and application migration . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable identity governance solutions that support enterprise security and compliance objectives. This role requires hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ architecture, custom development, system integrations, and application onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support SailPoint IIQ solutions.
- Lead application onboarding and migration efforts into SailPoint.
- Develop and customize IIQ workflows, rules, and integrations using Java.
- Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, databases, HR systems, and enterprise applications.
- Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance for IAM initiatives.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver scalable identity governance solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of IAM experience with 5+ years in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong Java/J2EE development experience.
- Experience with application migration and system integrations.
- Deep understanding of Identity Governance, Access Management, RBAC, provisioning, and access certifications.
- Experience with REST APIs, SQL, Active Directory, LDAP, and enterprise application integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
