About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative – Entry Level to join our team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, guests, and internal teams, providing friendly and professional support before, during, and after events.

Responsibilities

* Assist clients, customers, and guests with questions, requests, and general support needs * Provide customer support by phone, email, and in-person interactions * Respond to customer inquiries promptly while maintaining a professional and positive attitude * Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate more complex issues when necessary * Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and service documentation

Minimum requirements: Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required * Customer service, hospitality, retail, or call center experience preferred but not required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
