We value the diverse talents and experiences our employees bring to Patterson and believe that they build a stronger and successful organization.Essential FunctionsInventory Control Using computer system-generated reports, cycle counts products in the fulfillment centerUsing various computer system-generated reports, audits product locations to verify item, count and expiration dating accuracyIdentifies and corrects inventory errorsSets up new, and adjusts existing, storage locationsInvestigate inventory discrepancies, and makes appropriate adjustments to inventory in the computer systemFor customer invoice item where inventory is not available, investigates the error and edits the invoice to remove the itemAlerts the Supervisor to product non-conformances (new packaging, wrong count, product damage, shortages, etc.)Detail regarding these essential functions is provided in inventory work instructionsKeeps the fulfillment center aisles clear and maintains integrity of storage locationsEnsures regulatory compliance for the facility as it relates to DEA, OSHA, FDA, EPA, BoP, local/state compliance agenciesReplenishment Assesses replenished pick location for proper restock settings in the computer systemMatches product transferred to pick location label for accuracyCycle counts locations to verify on-hand quantities match reportsOverstock and Damages Updates overstock location placards or labels to reflect quantity changesCommunicates with vendors, PLSI Liaison, and procurement to resolve vendor discrepancy issuesCommunicates with vendor returns team to obtain return PO's to vendorsUpdates warehouse management system with status notes on PO issuesMonitors status and timelines of discrepancies to ensure prompt resolutionDetermines disposition of damaged product to company approved charityAlerts the Supervisor to product non-conformances (new packaging, wrong count, product damage, shortages, etc.)Returns Processes returned merchandise from customers or vendors from start to finishWork with Sales Rep's on customer returns to ensure processing is properly completedWork with Sales Managers and Vendor Returns Department to ensure reimbursements from vendor when neededPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsAdditional ResponsibilitiesTransacting all business in accordance to Patterson Companies business code of ethics and conductAlign with Patterson Companies Purpose, Vision and Values statementUsing assigned warehouse equipment/machinery to perform assigned jobMeeting/exceeding assigned performance metrics and KPIsHelping maintain an organized, clean and safe warehouseHandling all hazardous materials, pesticides, and prescription drugs according to the Company's processes/procedures and all applicable laws and regulationsPerforming all work in accordance with Company Safety guidelines and procedures, with safety and regulatory compliance.As assignedSkills and AbilitiesProficient and accurate PC/keyboarding skills.
