This study is to investigate the promotion of a web-app based physical activity program. Responsibilities Weekly Interventions: Conduct weekly interventions with participants via chat in Simplified Korean or English. Procedural Tasks: Maintain a research diary, manage communications for participant payments and Fitbit distribution, and coordinate with the Principal Investigator (PI), Coordinator, and peer interventionists. Recruitment Activities: Engage in recruitment activities to support the study. Required Qualifications Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license within the U.S. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Korean and English (both spoken and written) Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Zoom, MS Office, Microsoft Teams, etc. Flexibility: Ability to work according to participants' schedules in different time zones. Salary Range $36.00 hourly Working Conditions Research interviews will be conducted remotely via chat and/or video call. Work Shift Work hours vary based on patient interview availability.
