Staff Pharmacist - Full-Time

Location: Abilene, TX
Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Pharmacist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to accuracy, integrity, and patient care. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring every prescription is processed with precision and care, supporting multiple pharmacy workflows as needed.

This position is ideal for a pharmacist who values excellence, flexibility, teamwork, and clear communication, and who understands that attention to detail directly impacts patient well-being.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately verify prescription information and perform final prescription verification
Support multiple pharmacy workflows with professionalism and adaptability
Collaborate closely with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and leadership teams
Maintain exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in a dynamic work environment
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and company standards

Qualifications

Active Pharmacist license in Texas (required)
Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
RPh or PharmD
Strong computer and data entry skills; comfortable using pharmacy software systems
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to error-free work
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus and composure
Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support various departments

Experience

Minimum 2 years of pharmacist experience preferred , but not required
