The role involves leading nursing teams, overseeing patient care operations, managing daily nursing activities, mentoring staff, coordinating care plans, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities Lead nursing staff in the operating room setting. Coordinate perioperative care plans and patient flow. Ensure compliance with state and facility regulations. Mentor and train staff on best practices. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Active New York RN license. BSN or equivalent nursing degree.
