Job Summary
The Operating Room Surgical Technician position is located in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves supporting the main surgical unit that operates 24/7, with case volumes varying between 28 to 55 cases per day. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day and must have recent Neuro and Thoracic experience. The position offers a night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shift, 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in operating room specialties, current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, experience with Cerner Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, recent Neuro and Thoracic experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with DaVinci XI robotic systems in general, urology, and thoracic procedures
• Additional Information: The selected candidate will support a busy surgical unit with specialties including Orthopedics, Neuro, Urology, General Surgery, and Thoracic Surgery. The facility operates 24/7, and case volume varies daily.
