Patient Experience Front Desk Specialist

eyecarecenter, OD, PA

EyeCare Partners is seeking a Front Office Specialist to be the first point of contact, delivering a world class Total Patient Experience and handling daily check-in/out and administrative tasks. You will greet patients, answer phones, verify insurance, process payments, manage patient flow, and support doctors' schedules while complying with HIPAA. This role requires strong customer service, at least 1 year of front desk experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
