Position Details:
• Join a direct team of 4 FMOB physicians with the ability to collaborate and share call with 7 others
• See anywhere between 10-16 patients per day
• 4-day work week with other flexible schedules considered
• Optional C-sections with mentorship available
• Opportunity to be involved with a new Family Medicine Residency Program
• Independent organization that has added 19 Family Medicine physicians over the last 4 years

Compensation Details:
• Hospital employed with salary guarantee, incentive bonus, and call pay equaling nearly $400,000 annually
• Lucrative sign-on bonus of $150,000 paid upfront with comprehensive benefits package
• A 6-month sabbatical is offered for every 10 years of employment
